I'm planning to replace my existing single stage AC and furnace this fall. I want a quiet inverter system. Leaning toward one of the Midea clones like this ACIQ.

The ducting is already zoned (upstairs and downstairs) and functional with two thermostats, but of course the single stage system still goes full tilt for one zone. Conditions are comfortable but it's BLASTING out the vents. I'm looking for a zoning solution that can tell an inverter based system to not exceed a certain capacity when only one zone is calling.

I'm happy replacing any components necessary (dampers, thermostats, zoning controller,.etc.)

Is there such a zoning system that could work with an ACIQ like I linked to? I don't see a native zoning solution from them.
