Neptune 4
I recently purchased a Neptune 4 plus. I received it Friday and assembled it Sunday. I have used it two hours trying to address my issue after a back and forth with support I was given a link for guide. This ended up guiding me to check the x axis tensioner after taking it off I found a plastic piece on the pulley was broken causing the tension knob to be effectively useless. So far Elegoo support has only offered a replacement belt ( this won’t do anything I wouldn’t think?)
I believe this is a manufacturer defect and tried to get a refund but they are going around in circles. Does anyone have experience dealing with their support for refunds? My last email to them I quoted their refund policy hopefully that will work.
Any advice would be much appreciated! I was hoping to get into 3d printing and so far it has just been a nightmare with nothing printing correctly!!
TLDR; I have manufacturing defect on my pulley for printer and elegoo wont let me refund need advice to get this printer returned for refund.
