I've been searching this last blue print for years(3 years) still didn't get it. Sup y'all haven't check Reddit for week because I've been busy IRL. Do you had same problem like this, some blueprint got missing and still didn't get it?

What the heck is this quest man? All the conversation is just Gary,Gary,Gary!, also there's MoleRat broodmother that can decrease my dweller heath to 20% just only 1 hit, I couldn't get the screenshot because I panicked, I have to kill it fast!!!
