struggling with not masturbating
im 17f and these past few weeks I've been trying to quit masturbating because of my struggles with porn addiction.
Recently it's been really difficult for me, I've cut out porn comepletely and I still can't seem to cut out the masturbation aspect.
I'm not sure what to do now. Any advice would really help.
