Hi all, I’m in a bit of a situation and haven’t been able to get clear answers, I accepted a position conditionally and signed the offer letter, however I just heard back from a position that’s more aligned with what I want to do and plan to accept that offer, both are within the same agency, how do I proceed? Should I email the other position to rescind my application and paperwork? would HR flag that I already have an offer in place?
