Pregnant runners-belly band recommendations??

Any pregnant runners have some hacks on staying comfortable? I did my first run on the treadmill yesterday and when I started I felt like I had to pee instantly even though I just went. I engaged my pelvic floor for a little in the beginning and that helped until the sensation wasn’t there anymore. How do you avoid pelvic girdle pain? Also do bell bands really help during runs? If so what are the good brands? Thank you💓

Struggling with new limitations

First time being pregnant. (I’m about 23 weeks) I’m really grateful to be in the second trimester and feeling better because up until about week 16 I was in absolute hell. 24/7 nausea, some migraines and all kinds of little things. Now I finally feel better and actually have the space to feel excited about this baby and what life has in store. As someone who has ADHD and uses fitness as therapy, an outlet, health, peace of mind and self confidence I have really struggled with my body’s new limitations. I did not exercise AT ALL during the first trimester aside from the occasional walk because I was feeling so bad. Now I have slowly started going to the gym and did my first really light & easy treadmill run (more like a shuffle). And while that has me hopeful, I’m grappling with the reality that I just can’t do what I used to do, not even close. I feel so weak and I want to feel strong! Can I build muscle at this point in my pregnancy? And I know that what is most important is the health of me and my baby but I just wanted to see if any of you out there struggled feeling limited in your own body? What helped? I guess I’m looking for positive stories, words of encouragement, advice or anything. I don’t know anyone who is pregnant and am the only one of my friends who want kids so I’m feeling a little alone.
