Hi everyone I am freaking out about my spinal fusion thats happening on June 15 and I quit smoking weed cold turkey on thursday, I have a 67 degree curve that causes me debilitating pain but im just getting really bad anxiety about the outcome due to my habits, im already so irritable and lethargic due to not smoking, I just don’t know what to do to calm down about this I keep finding horror stories of ppl having more pain and more revisions even after being healed. Can anyone give me any advice?
