Friend(?) idk. Can you help me figure out what this means?
ok, so I met this girl (calling her “Y”) at a school competition. I’m in band, and she’s in Choir, and part of the trip was that we went to Disney. Accidentally we ended up in the same small group because of mutual friends and immediate clicked. Y would hold my hand, and we had a ton in common with our convictions and our hobbies (this was the first time we rlly met). And ever since she willingly seeks me out at places like school/at lunch, even when we’re both kind of awkward or disagree. It’s been two weeks since the first time we met, and yesterday I invited Y to a hang out with my friends at the beach for the last day of school. She agreed to come and seemed to have a pretty good time, at the end of the day we were at my house, on a small couch with her, me (in the middle) and my best friend who was basically falling asleep on me watching a movie. and I was pretty curled up against Y, she kept taking my arm/hand, like, casually. every time my mom would walk in, she would have detached herself from my body, and in around 6 minutes, be curled back up against me. also, we are both openly bi, and shes made comments about things like bugs that circle one another saying they’re “so us”. I’m fifteen, going into sophomore yr, and she’s 16, going into junior… thoughts?
