Applied for one shot deal
Hi all, fell behind on a $14k rent arrear and went ahead and applied for the one-shot deal in order to resolve this and avoid any further eviction proceedings.
Applied on May 20th and got my interview on May 21st after calling several times. Interview took about 30 to 40 mins with a nice enployee just asking questions and towards the end of the call, he mentioned I’d hear back again from someone for follow up but that was it.
Checked again on my dashboard’s e-notices and noticed a new letter titled “Emergency Safety Net Assistance (ESNA) Shelter Arrears Repayment Agreement”.
It just highlights the amount I owe split into 12 months along with my case number/address.
My question is do I need to sign this and return physically to the address listed on that document (Waverly Job Center in my case) or do I need to wait to submit it signed through the HRA app?
I’ve never had to do this before so not even sure if getting this letter is a good thing so far towards recieveing this benefit.
