ECs are alot slightly better, theyre the only thing really giving me hope as of now

Student council president : exec member since 8th grade

Mayoral campaign main videographer: 30+ hours of volunteering (ongoing)

Nonprofit exec volunteer: exec for 2 years

Solo video passion project director

Senior rugby: 2 years

Childcare volunteer at community center : 2 years. 300 + hours

BCYC (bc youth council) Marketing Videographer

SFU is my backup, im pretty stressed being that applications are soon. Im considering retaking engl 12 either online or in person.

Currently in gr11, finishing second semester with an 88 average, but it’s mainly because I’m taking grade booster elective courses ( Fine arts, Human services) .
Without the grade booster courses, my academic grades average at around 84%. does UBC admissions count electives as a course? Will I need to up my average on my academic courses for next year?
