Little TV Head Guy

This is my first post ever on this sub, so lemme know if you like it! I haven't been doing pixel art for very long, and this before adding shading, so if there's anything I could add, also let me know.

Also I'd like some help coming up with a name, something to do with CRT, or servos, or something robot or TV related.

Basically the title, I don't have any modding experience really. is there some tool that most people use? im not looking to add anything functionally different, just sprite changes. any help?
