Been experimenting with creepy idle animations

Trying to make a fish-like creature idle that feels unsettling and unnatural through subtle movement and asymmetry.

Thoughts on how this one ended up looking?

BootieFairy

Last night I was visited by BootieFairy, the fairy in charge of taking a sock from children who export their pixel art in .JPG format; when she left through my window she left a trail of foot powder and a faint smell of cheese. Have you ever been visited by the Bootie Fairy?

Just a Church (First isometric pixel art)

Got bored and had 2 hours to waste so I just wanted to try some simplistic isometric pixel art for the first time. No experience or tutorials, so I know it's not that good.

What do you think? I'm here for your criticism!

Which of the 4 options makes the design the most interesting?

Don't pay attention to the numbers 😅 they're still prototypes.

Did you like it? If you complain, I'll make an 8-bit version out of sheer ignorance! (I'm kidding)

WIP - Walking Animation (Help Needed)

So I'm doing an animation like this for the first time and i've been strugling to get is smooth enought for a pixel art. After some tests I'm on this point right now, and would like to hear some feedback to help me finish it.

The idea is to walk to the grass, stop for a while and then keep going. The rest of the body (including arms) will stil be added

As the project moves forward, the need for multiple scenes becomes more and more apparent.

We decided to expand and move forward with our little temple in the desert.

So far we've first created the winter scene, and then updated them with sunset versions.

Really in love with the orange tones mixing with the blue.
