Just got back from our ultrasound at 6w3d following our first FET of 5AB embryo and were so surprised our embryo split into identical twin girls! However I am having a hard time feeling excited since we did not see a heart beat for either. There was a yolk sac with developing fetal poles but they were small. Has this happened to anyone else?

My husband and I have been so thrilled to finally be pregnant after our first FET!! I had my first beta today at 12dp5dt and it came back at 221 which seems low compared to others. Please share your experience to help me cope with the next 48 hours until my next beta!! 🙃
