25M going to Manila for two weeks with the only objective of experiencing of having a date for the first time in my life, so I feel like I need some advice.

I'm conventionally unattractive, 5'4" (163 cm), 62 kg (137 lbs), started balding, and feel depressed about having zero experience with women at this age. I'm also from the Balkans, so I don't have a big budget like people from the US or Western countries.

I've booked an Airbnb for only 3 nights, but after that, I have no plans. I'm thinking of using dating apps, and if that doesn't work, I'd probably pay.

But I need some advice from people who know how things work there.
