5 days without usable postpaid internet, Airtel wants me to wait until 16 July. Is this a joke?

I'm beyond frustrated with Airtel at this point.

I'm on an Airtel postpaid connection, paying every day for a service that has been practically unusable for 5 days. My mobile data is stuck around 80 to 120 kbps despite having full 5G signal and VoLTE.

What I've already done:

Replaced my physical SIM with an eSIM.

Tested another Airtel eSIM in the exact same Motorola phone. It worked perfectly, proving my phone isn't the issue.

Raised a complaint (31-1000014677096).

Contacted support multiple times.

The response?

The same generic template email telling me to wait until 16 July.

That means I'm expected to pay for nearly half a month of postpaid service while my internet is effectively unusable. That's not a "premium" experience, it's an unacceptable one.

The most disappointing part is the lack of meaningful support. I can't get through to someone who can actually investigate the problem. My complaint gets template replies instead of technical updates, and I'm left with no idea what is actually being fixed or why it should take over two weeks.

At this point, if this isn't resolved immediately, I'll be porting my number to another provider and moving my family's connections as well. Five days without usable internet on a paid postpaid plan is simply not acceptable.

Has anyone here managed to get Airtel to escalate a similar issue? If so, what finally worked?
