Hi guys,

I was using my laptop I had no issues with it until my charger randomly stopped working, I tried plugging the outlet to a different outlet but it didn’t work. I have a Acer Nitro 5 2021 Model with a Ryzen 5 4000 series and a GTX 1650. I have been using this laptop for 5 years with seemingly no problem until now. This was so random it stopped charging when I was watching YouTube. When I turn on my laptop, it states “Your device ran into a problem and couldn’t be repaired. Click or press Enter to see other recovery options.” I’ve tried the recovery options but they do not work.
