Should I give up on my helix piercing ?

My piercing is five months old. The jewellery shape is barbell. It is in titanium. The jewellery was never downsized. I use saline solution as an after care routine when my helix crashes out but it’s been a few weeks since I’ve put something on. I got bumped a few days ago on this piercing.

I got these lumps after taking some hits during boxing. Usually it swells up in the front, but today it’s in the back. I’ve been going through hell for five months now, even though I’ve followed all the rules. I’m on the verge of taking it out myself tonight. The whole back of the piercing is swollen, hot, and hurts. There’s lymph fluid coming out. It’s driving me crazy—I want to grab a needle and pop it. Should I take it out, or should I trust that it’ll go down and heal?

English is not my first language I’m sorry.
I’m posting this because I’m worried about my helix piercing. It’s bleeding and oozing what I think is lymph fluid. Here’s how my piercing looks today—I took a really hard elbow to it. It’s throbbing and burning. I got it pierced in mid-January, and ever since then I’ve had this lump that hasn’t gone away. I don’t sleep on it and I don’t apply any treatment. Sometimes it starts to swell up like in the second photo. Today it’s swollen like in the first one, and I won’t even get you started on the back of my ear. I saw two different piercers on the same day two months ago; one told me to keep the piercing, the other to remove it. What should I do?
