I (29F) disrespected my fiance (28M) by leaning my phone against his shoe.

My fiance has just recently gotten a promotion to sales at his job. Because of this he now needs to get new clothes. I noticed to day he had gotten a new pair of new shoes from Target (so cheap but still nice). I’m sitting on the floor by them while painting my toe nails and I’m watching a video on my phone. I leaned my phone up against his shoe so that I could watch the video better. My fiance proceeds to get mad at me and yells at me telling me I’m “disrespecting him” by using his shoe like that. Are men just touchy about their shoes? I don’t really see what I did wrong.. I didn’t scuff his shoe or bend it or get it dirty… idk. I’m just trying to figure out if I’m being disrespectful or not. Just looking for advice.

American History 1778-1871

The United State Government between 1778 and 1871 passed roughly 370 treaties. Historians note that every single one of these agreements was violated, ignored, or broken as white settlers pushed west for land. Imagine being told to “move over here” or be murdered. And then you pack up your entire life, everything you know, just to move to a land you’re not familiar with and then to be killed anyway. The mass genocide that this country was built on is disgusting. The thirst for wealth and the lack of compassion of a human life is what the United States was built on. Lies, betrayal, and corruption is what this country was built on and it’s DISGUSTING.
