Insoles bending over time - question
Hi guys, first of all let me just say this group is amazing and so helpful, I recently uploaded my struggle with sizing and you guys helped A LOT. My question is - with wearing, do the insoles really become smaller because of the front part bending? I mean, I know it bends, naturally, but I am interested how much? I’ve seen people talk about it and why it’s important to have space between the front part and your toes mostly for this reason.

Update: Thanks to everyone who commented, I was a bit panicky and the shop assistants were not of any help (kinda made fun of me for trying and thinking so much abt the fit), I will go with the regular ones 😊
