Hey everyone! I (22F) am looking for a lease to join or a roommate (or multiple) for July 1st! My budget is around $1500 and I'm hoping to be in Manhattan or Brooklyn (30-40 minutes from Manhattan). I'm looking for a place with a decent sized room and either laundry in the building or a laundromat close by. I'm really clean and would love to just have a space to relax. I'm okay with keeping to myself but would also love to be friends with my roommate(s). I don't have a guarantor, but I am willing to pay for a system if needed. I have good credit and my income is about $45k. If anyone has any leads, please lmk!
