Is it worth teaching the OSHA 7.5 hour Disaster Site Worker to soldiers in my unit?

I am considering taking the OSHA 5600 - Disaster Site Worker Trainer Course through our local community college. It's completely free since they offer certain courses for free for active duty, reserve, and national guard and this is one of them. I would like to do this course and be a trainer and offer this certification to soldiers in my unit, but would this be something that would be worth doing since it might not meet certain METL tasks or satisfy any actual army training? I figured since a part of the national guard is to respond to natural disasters, I would like to be a trainer and teach the 7.5 hour course to soldiers so they can A.) Have the cert and B.) Understand hazards of working in disaster recovery. I wouldn't charge anything for them to take it.

Let me know if this is something that would be worth taking the time for. Thanks!

What's the one on the bottom right?

Context: Indiana national guard. Couldn't find what the bottom right ribbon is that's beneath the Arme Service Ribbon
