Apartment company raised my rent to be higher than other’s entry rent

I’m sorry if the title is confusing, I have no idea how else to word it.
I moved into my apartment in July of 2024 with a rent of $1590/month. Every year they have raised my rent by 2.1% in accordance with the provincial law where i live (Ontario, Canada). As of July 1 2026, my rent will be $1716/month.
I recently found out my building has more than 15 vacant units and held an open house offering the same layout and square footage as my unit for $1399/month.
Do I have any grounds to negotiate a lower price? Or do i just move across the hall lmao

How long can deli style olives last?

Purchased olives from a grocery store where they scooped them out of the brine. I haven’t opened them since

Bought on: April 24th 2026

How long will they last and/or any tips on making them last longer?

I’m not talking OBGYN, but rather, physicians that are great at working with women? My current family doctor has dismissed multiple issues that (once given a second opinion at the hospital) have turned out to be major issues (such as a cancerous area that was dismissed as a pimple for 3+ years).

I don’t care how long the wait list is or if they’re not accepting patients, I’ll wait as long as I need.

Thanks in advance!
