help with? i cheated on my wife.
Seeking advice opinions or any help.............................I am 43 year old male we have been together 21 years, we have 2 kids and generally we where great..until i cheated..We are currently trying to work thro things together but i need help and i have been what i can only decribe as lazy to go get the help i need..I feel like i am doin the work needed to move forward to make myself a better person but it doesnt seem like im doin a lot..i also lie a lot, which im tryin to get help with i am seeking professional help counciling..i am scared my wife will leave me and she has every right to do so.. I do not want to lose her but i am goin to..i dont know where to turn jus want some honest answers because i need to sort myself out..
