So I had recently gotten a surgery, a brow bone reduction. Before anything had been done we planned a type 3 brow bone & orbital rim reduction. Turns out when I was under said surgeon decided not to do a type 3 but instead a type 1 and said “I didn’t get around to it”. Would I be the asshole to request at least a partial refund as I didn’t really get what I wanted, I paid for everything said surgery needed, & what the surgeon gave me took maybe 1/4th of the time.
