First ever post on reddit (: Has anyone experienced physical pain when their manifestation is approaching? I’ve heard of people getting sick but in my case I’d experience a pretty painful pulled muscle in my upper back and now discomfort in my lower back concurrently. I’m trying so hard to ignore the 3d but when actual pain is thrown into the mix it makes it more difficult.
