The last day or say I have been trying to print some of my prints have turned out like this while others are fine. Whats the reason behind it?

I dont normally set the rest of the settings as i print from my phone and it has worked in the past.

It started happening after I had the system off for a while and then turned it back on.

I only got my printer 2 days ago so give me some leeway

Been trying to get my printer set up but its been inconsistent. I am on an Ender 3 with a .4mm nozzle. Temps were 210 at the nozzle and 60 on the bed. I have had a few successful prints being a guitar pick and a filament guide but others have failed. My friend suggested if could be a filament issue but i really dont know. This is what happens everytime it fails. I dont really understand the issue nor to fix it so any advice will help!
