Calorie burn
I mean realistically is this all I burn???? I’ve been using whoop for 3 months— I’m at the gym 5-6x a week weightlifting, I walk my dog everyday at least two miles, I do 35-40 mins of the stair master level 10-11 5-6x a week after weightlifting and I also picked up running 3x a week usually 2-3 miles and usually am always over 10k steps.. I’m on a cut right now for summer but like Jeez! I don’t sit down all day until the end of the evenings I’m super active always cleaning, cooking, doing something. I know it’s not accurate but I’ve seen some people have a kcal burn of 2200+ without all of this.
I actually have metabolic testing tomorrow so we’ll really see how accurate it is.
