Guys… I know the economy has gotten bad… but cmon now. Tell me why I had a lady drive all the way down to my store to return a pack of $1.99 rubber bands for hair. Atp just throw them away if you didn’t like them or need them. Aside from the fact that it drops our UPT, I personally wouldn’t waste gas going back to a store to return $2 worth of stuff. That’s just me though idk about anyone else lol.

What are the questions I should be prepared to answer as an ASM if I get a visit at my store? I just need to mentally prepare before the day comes.
