I sent an email Thursday afternoon using the template posted here in the morning. They were very apologetic about the confusion, offered me some freebie options - nothing crazy - free supercharging for a month, free fsd for a few months, etc.

I'm fine with that.. I wasn't terribly concerned about the changes myself as I had already made some assumptions, but I didn't love how the correspondence was being handled either.

So someone at Tesla is listening, they are aware of the issue(s), and that some people are not happy about it.
