Please Help Fund Resilience Rooms for Homeless & Emergency Shelters
Good afternoon! I'm trying to get the word out about a project I'm working on called Resilience Rooms. These are modular, collapsible, all-inclusive rooms that we mean to market to homeless shelters, emergency shelters, evacuation centers, etc. as an interior addition to the existing shelter. The rooms collapse entirely to fit onto a 4x4 shipping pallet so they can be easily deployed around the country. The importance of Resilience Rooms comes from statistics showing that sleep deprivation is one of the primary factors in high recidivism. Right now, we're in the engineering and patenting stages, and are trying to raise money for our first prototype. Once complete, it will be marketed online, through press kits and at trade shows. The fundraiser amount is large, I'm aware of that. That is the total cost for our first prototype and all licensing, marketing, etc. at the point of launch. We're taking it a step at a time.
