Hey everyone,

I recently completed my Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Toronto, which on its own makes me eligible for a 3-year PGWP. However, I’m currently enrolled in the GDipPA program at UofT (a separate 3-month graduate diploma program), so my official transcript now shows:

• BCom completed
• GDipPA “in progress”

I want to apply for my PGWP based on my completed bachelor’s degree, but I’m worried whether the “program in progress” on the transcript could create issues or confusion with IRCC.

Has anyone applied for a PGWP in a similar situation where they had another program ongoing after graduating? Did you include a letter of explanation?

Would really appreciate any insight. Thanks!
