Hi! Can I have help finding the lyrics to this children's tune?

My kids go to escola bressol. There is a song the teachers sing to them about a hat -- something to the effect of "you wear the hat, he wears the hat," etc. The kid puts on a hat, and the teacher sings a couple of rounds, then they put the hat on someone else, and it continues with the new kids' name. I think it is to the same tune of "baixant de la font del gat." What is the hat song called -- can anyone share a link to the lyrics? I keep googling, and getting nothing useful.

We just left for the summer, so I can't ask the teachers now. My son keeps putting stuff on his head, and looking at me expectantly. It's sad!
