Pale foliage and now brown tips are appearing. It hasn’t grown very well for the past year or so. My neighbors on either side have nice looking oaks with deep green foliage.

Any suggestions on how to deal with vanity and mirror placement with this window? My current plan is to downsize from the current 36” vanity so the mirror can be centered over the drain but I’m worried it will feel cramped with the bath, toilet, and vanity jammed to one side. I was considering moving the toilet so it would be under the window but I’ve never seen a bathroom with that configuration and I think it may look weird having the toilet being the first thing you see walking the hall to the bathroom.
