Just ordered an item from ebay for $2000 from Japan and courier informed that he will be using Ebay Speedpak service and the courier will be either Fedex or DHL. Who is the courier in the final leg of the delivery in Singapore?

Asking so that I can track the status. Also do international deliveries arriving in Singapore require signatures?
