HELP! Range Rover Gear Selector Not Turning

For the past two days my car's gearshift knob has been unexpectedly not turning. Yesterday it was stuck in N which I fixed by partially turning the ignition on and off, but today it's stuck in D. And I had to park the car like that. It won't turn at all. My car sat for about 16 days, and after that I only drove 70-80 km. Could it be a battery problem? When I connected it to the OBD, the fault codes that appeared were:

What exactly could be causing this problem in my 2016 Range Rover SDV8 Autobiography? The car is losing a little coolant, and I suspect it's the EGR flange or the gasket.
