So I am a 18 M in college in delhi and wanted to go to hampta pass but my friends backed off at last moment ... It was very hard to convince my parents... So anyone from Delhi wants to join? and if I go alone is it safe and which trek company under 8k should I choose?

So I am a 18M planning to go to hampta pass in 1st week of June and I am a college student and when I went through different trekking companies which do this trek I am confused tth or indiahike are around 12-13 k whereas himtrek, trekupindia are around 6-7k .. as a college studenty budget is around 15 k maximum in which I need to buy trekking shoes and bag and some other things too ... so I can't afford tth or India hikes ... So pls suggest me which trekking company is good in 6-8 k range and kindly suggest me affordable shoes,pole, fleece, bag for trekking ...
