Math Ain't Mathin'
11 months old, starting to struggle at bed time and sometimes the 2nd nap. First nap, shes out within minutes, 2nd nap is closer to 10/15 minutes (sometimes one rescue is needed til she'll settle), and bedtime is a pretty routine struggle for the past week where shes going way past her sweet spot and needing more help.
Im also confused with the wake windows. Ideally, Id like to have her awake by 7am (that means 8p bed time for that 11 night stretch, right?). So first nap at 10am. Well, if I let her sleep any later than 11ish, her 2nd nap would be too late to give her a good bedtime so I have her up by 11a, no later than 15 mins past the hour. So that means 2nd nap around 240/3p typically. And then she'd need to be up by 4p in order to keep an 8p bed time. According to sweet spots. Im waking her up from pretty much every nap, and morning wake up is sometimes me waking her, sometimes on her own. For naps, I usually start putting her to sleep about 15 mins before sweetspot time, and shes typically asleep before or at the spot. Her bedtime, I've been starting 20ish mins before sweet spot, and sometimes its taking her 40mins to fall asleep, or longer. Once 9p is creeping near, I'm stressing a bit about needing to wake her up at 7a the next day lol vicious mental load cycle
Also, the sweetspot screenshot shows the suggested windows and her data, but telegram fine print gives a shorter wake window than some of her sweet spots. So am I pushing her too tired by the end of the night? She really doesn't show sleepy signs usually.
Any different suggestions/opinions?
Overall, I'm not necessarily complaining on my end, but wanting to make sure I'm doing baby right with sleep.
