As the title says, what's the best sounding wireless headphones under $100? I don't care too much about either aesthetics or comfort.

I impulsively bought an H400SE (non stealth) for cheap, but I doubt my current set-up can drive it. I only have a basic DAC dongle on both my PC and phone. What's the cheapest way I can get at least anything decent out of these headphones.
