Help me lose weight please :(

Problem/Goal: Over the course of 2 months I gained 5kg. I wasn’t skinny before but I could say I had a nice figure. I’m a short girl, so the weight gain is reaaaally noticeable. I’m 5’1 and 49kg. And right now, a lot of my clothes doesn’t fit comfortably anymore. I kinda entered a spiral of stress eating the past months because of a big change in my career. And on top of that, I stopped being active. I stopped running, and my daily 10k steps. I know what I have to do to lose weight, I need to eat less, and move more. But since my eating habits have changed, I find it very difficult to go on a diet, and to go back to my previously active lifestyle as I’m always hungry and tire easily.

For people who have gone through the same thing, what were your motivations to get back in shape? I’m getting more and more sad about it as days go by and I really need advice. The people I talk to about it doesn’t really take the time to understand how I’m feeling and always hit me up with the usual “eh ano pa ako”. I don’t know if this post will come up as shallow but I’m just a girl asking for advice.
