Is GM dealer being honest?

Went in the other day for regular maintenance on my Silverado (oil and coolant change) the Chevy Tech called me saying my tires need to be replaced. For reference I bought these Bridgestone Duelers 1.5 years ago with 75% tread left.

Is the dealer being honest with me that these need replacing asap or can I go a few months safely?

I tow every once in a while but nothing heavy.

Thanks!

22M- 300k portfolio… how to get to 1M in a decade

Hey everyone as the title suggests I’m 22 years old and managed to save and invest 300k. I wanted some advice because as of recently I believe my portfolio is underperforming. I have a 25/10/25/40 split between cash, stocks, ETFs and precious metals (respectively). My ETFs are outperforming stocks currently and metals have outperformed all assets. My stock holdings are some of the following:

-Dollarama
-Walmart
-JP Morgan
-Costco
-Eli Lilly
-Exxon Mobil
-Meta
-Brookfield

I sold off a lot of my portfolio earlier in the year have nearly half of my portfolio in cash right now.

Any advice on what to do?

Thank you in advance
