Unreal shit Deloitte today
So unfortunately I work on one of the super large ODC engagements. I just cannot believe what happened today.
There was this all hands call with US or client, not sure and we were required to attend it or more of mandatory to attend. Since there are more than 500 people on this engagement, it was decided everyone will join through ODC only!
Then unreal shit happened! These incompetent and inhuman managers and senior managers literally told the security at ODC, not to let anyone outside ODC. And the guard, afraid for his job naturally, was even telling people it's not allowed to come outside ODC! Like what in the actual F!
And the best part, the call was for 15mins and it could have been an email as well!
Tldr; Leadership locked 500 people in ODC for a call which lasted 15mins!
