Split nights sleep trained 16 month old.
We sleep trained at almost 12 months old. That was December. December - May I could count on one hand how many broken nights we had.
She turned 16 months this month and we have had constant split nights. Waking and staying awake 2 maybe 3 and once 4 hours.
We are in the transition of one nap and has this week had just one nap each day 12/12.30for about an hour and half she doesn't sleep any longer.
Bed time is at 7
She has had tonsillitis and her canines are coming through but please can someone tell me this will end.
