i recently applied for front desk coordinator and i have a phone call with the owner later today. i was wondering is there anything i should know before? i know there is a sales portion of the job, but what does that all entail? are they really pushy about sales? also, keep in mind i have no experience with chiropractice at all.
hi! i really want to get into music marketing/business, but i have no clue where to start. everything feels so daunting lol. i’ve always had a dream of owning my own label one day. this plan has been on my heart for so long and i want to take the leap and go for it. i currently have a degree in business with a concentration in marketing. should i pursue a degree specifically in music business? are there certifications i should look into getting? i’ve been thinking about trying to do some freelance work possibly just to get some hands-on experience like maybe working with some local artist but i live in oklahoma so i’m not sure how that will go. maybe i could branch out further with social media. i’m just afraid no one will take me seriously. i also have started a social media page for my future brand. i’m trying to be more consistent with that right now.

yeah i think its time to just find another job. my managers/team leads have been tweaking tf out about metrics like crazy. like its actually insane to me for my team lead to come up to me four different times in a short period of time and ask about metrics when mind you the whole team has been struggling to meet the goals. like i get it but at the end of the day the only thing i can do is ask. i can’t force someone to do something they don’t really want to do or see the benefits in. i try my best to ask everyone if i can and lead with benefits up front. but like i said that’s really all i can do
