This appeared in my bathroom recently and seems to be spreading. The ceiling still looks fine and i always open the windows after showering to decrease the humidity

Ive tried to get rid of it using multi-purpose cleaning solution, alcohol, citric acid water (all seperately), and a lot of scrubbing, but it doesnt react to anything.

Where i live there is a lot of minerals in the water if that makes a difference

How do i get rid of it?
