Hi guys I am a 17 year old IB student living near like markham and denison

I'm pretty smart academically

I was thinking of getting a job

I've applied for part time almost everywhere but almost all of the stores in Markham follow like the connection based jobs like nobody really hired you if you don't have a connection

Does anyone know a place where hiring is done equitably and fairly or does anyone have any connections and is willing to be generous
