Has anyone else waited over 3 weeks after a TD interview?
I was referred about a month ago to the Customer Experience Associate position by a friend of mine who is a branch manager. I received a behavioral screening interview with HR. They told me at the end of the interview that they would get back to me in 1-2 weeks. In 3 days from now, it will officially be 1 month since my interview and still I have not heard anything from them. No call or email confirming nor denying my hiring status. I sent a polite follow up email once it hit the 2 week period and they still haven't gotten back to me yet.
Has anyone else experienced a wait this long? If so, did you eventually hear back, and was it an offer, another interview, or a rejection?
I'm mainly trying to figure out whether this is a normal timeline for TD or whether I should assume they've moved on.
