A few days ago I ordered a bag charm from Poshmark. It came super fast (the seller was two towns over), and I am super satisfied. Today I get another package from that same seller, and it was this beautiful Dooney bag. I don’t think she meant to send this to me so I messaged her so I can send it back. But now I’m super bummed because I’ve laid eyes on such a pretty bag and I can’t keep it lol.

I just realized I’m not a big fan of the Sorrento bags. Something about them seems… cheap lol. Case in point, I have three of them, but I also have Florentine Bags (yes, I now have two now lol), and I have Penrose bags. The Sorrento bags have this sewn on Dooney and Bourke tag on the inside that looks like it was glued, and linen interior. The linen interior isn’t bothering me the most but the inner tag does, compared to the suede and red interior of the Penrose and Florentine bags and the leather tag on the inside of the bags. Is this the direction that Dooney is headed? Is this all in my head?
I did a thing y’all… I purchased my first Florentine Satchel! It’s a mini but now I’m hooked and looking for a regular sized one. I swear I’m going to go broke! 💸This is in light taupe.
I haven’t stepped into Florentine territory yet, (my next stop) but I’m liking my setup so far. Sorrento Satchel in Fuchsia, Sorrento Satchel in Off White, Sorrento Satchel in Caramel, and Penrose Satchel in Black. 👜 I also have a few other D&B bags that I love. 💕
