Hi, Has anybody applied/ joined for the bharat summer fellowship program by master union of 6 weeks. if yes, how was the application criteria.

NIT hamirpur lower branches(chemical, mechanical) or LPU or NITJ textile. and is it true that nith comes under category of tier 3?
