Yello, i am fairly new to the process of grinding myself (starting w C3s) and my first beans purchase is BCR light roast (awaiting delivery). Before going into a rabbit hole, wanted advice from fellow experts.

1. What should be the grind size for light / medium roast for aeropress? (Medium, Medium Coarse, Coarse, Extra Coarse)

2. How many clicks on the C3S?

3. Any ideal range for temprature for brewing a light / medium roast? Any device to measure the temprature (too soon to get a temprature controlled kettle)
