How will an anxiety attack be. Can someone explain?.

Had breakup today

Cried

Feels like someone is sitting in my chest

Pooped like 10 times in 3 hours.

Shivering.

Feeling very cold

And some pressure on chest

Any suggestions to feel better would be really helpful. Thanks
